商品退貨

Returned items must be unused and free from damage or defects caused by non-human factors. 

The 7-day appreciation period protected by consumer protection law is only for you to consider and confirm whether the product meets your needs – it is not a trial period for the product. If this store has provided instructions, please retain the complete original packaging (including outer packaging boxes and clothing tags), otherwise returns will not be accepted.
For seller-related issues (such as: incorrect product items or sizes sent, damaged products, and other serious defects), please submit an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Situations Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted：：

  • Personal items (such as: accessories, swimwear, socks) cannot be exchanged due to hygiene and safety considerations and to protect other customers’ rights
  • Clothing items that have been washed / footwear that has touched the ground cannot be processed for returns or exchanges

以下情況符合國際品質標準，不構成缺陷。
以下情況不予換貨：

  • 由於顯示器/螢幕顯示不同導致顏色變化
  • Slight loose threads or minor miscolored threads (under 0.2mm)
  • Natural odor from new fabric (will fade after airing/washing)
  • Uncut buttonholes, garment creases, or buttonhole markings (can be removed after washing)
  • 由於手工測量，尺寸差異在1–2 公分以內

商品尺寸更換

不同尺寸的鞋類及下裝，如尺寸不合，可換貨一次，請於2日內聯絡客服，並於7日內送回指定地址，運費需自行負擔。（往返運費$120）
